  • Certified appraisals are valuable to the seller as well as the potential buyer, by establishing the fair market value of the horse. 

  • The IRS requires an appraisal for donated horses whose value exceeds $5,000. Our appraisals comply with all IRS regulations. 

  • Certified appraisals are used in divorce, bankruptcy, probate, and estate dispositions. Insurance companies and horse owners use certified appraisals to determine the fair market value when insuring a horse or settling a claim. Skilled in dispute resolution.
